RPM's problem

Hey I got a 2011 g37x sedan and I've been having a problem with my rpm's dropping and going up so quickly. When I noticed I had the problem I decided to change the spark plugs, clean the throttle body and maf sensors but the problem didn't go away. When I accelerate slowly and let off the gas the rpm's instantly drop and go back up. Sometimes it takes awhile for the rpm's to go up even after accelerating. Does anyone know what the problem might be? (The check engine light that I have is for no cats)
