JIT Slave Cylinder? / Failed JWT HD CSC
Hi Everyone,
I am in a pickle right now. My current setup is an ACT clutch with their streetlite flywheel paired with the JWT heavy duty slave cylinder. I have had the clutch on for about 42K miles and it still grabs fine. I replaced the slave cylinder once already as after 6 months the slave i put in with the new clutch went bad ( was an OE copy and i was uneducated at that time) . Right now my JWT slave has about 22K on it and is now no longer holding pressure when staying in gear for about 10 minutes (highway driving) as well as when i come back in the morning i have to pump the clutch to rebuild pressure. Right now i have an order for CZP HRK V3 & JWT clutch and flywheel because between Z1 , ZSPEED & CZP, CZP claims to be the closest to recieving their CMAK kit. They said this monday they would receive it, and are now saying next week. Z1 says end of the month and ZSPEED says the same. I need my car fixed asap so i'm wondering what should I do? The only availible HD CSC is JIT. Does anyone have any experience with it? I'm thinking to replace the slave only for now as my clutch still has life and comeback to do the full thing later. P.S I have already changed my master cylinder and that did nothing.
