P0720 and valve body/TCM compatibility

I have a 2016 QX80 and the P0720 is rare on these.

looking at the compatibility for the TCM it seems nearly every year Infiniti has a different part number for the Valve Body/TCM. There are two drivetrains in these, 2wd and 4wd. Also the same platform was sold as an Armada 2017+.

what would be different in the TCM that would keep me from using a different year model in my truck? As long as it is 4wd? Infiniti wants an absurd amount of money for it. I can find a whole low mileage Titan 7 speed for half of what the Valve Body/TCM costs. Or using a different gear model QX80 or Armada valve body that is less costly? What’s different in it that changes?

I disassembled and cleaned the valve body and connections, there was obvious corrosion on the wire traces embedded in the plastic for the OSS on the TCM. Cleaning it off made no difference
