Help Replaced all 6 ignition coils but CEL's P0302 and P0106 came back on

Replaced all 6 ignition coils but CEL's P0302 and P0106 came back on
NGK OEM Spark plugs were installed 10,000kms ago, around the 175000 mark. Now at 185000, the CEL's P0302 and P0106 popped up so I went and replaced/installed 6 new ignition coils and cleaned throttle bodies/MAP sensor. A week later the P0302 and P0106 error codes come back. What are the next steps??
