Car stalling issue

Got an update for yall. Please any advice will be helpful!

I no longer think it's the torque converter or transmission. I got a code or ECT sensor 1 low circuit. Engine coolant temperature sensor in the rear by the firewall. I replaced it, code went away but I got a new code. C1130, engine signal 1.

Not sure what this means, Googled it and it mentions something about fuel cut?

Anyways, car starts, idles and everything just fine. It shifts in reverse and the rpms go everywhere for a split second but eventually stabilize.

Get this, if I shift it in drive and hold the brake, the engine stalls. If I shift into drive and remove my foot from the brake, it idles. I can even put my foot on the brake right after and it idles. Weird, but okay. I can drive around, stop at stop signs, it even gets wheelspin and good power.

But if I go to reverse and then back to drive with my foot on the brake, it stalls. If I go to park when I park the car, and then go to drive, it stalls, if my foot is on the brake.

Any ideas?

Also I found this little black box had a tube that ruptured connecting to the air intake tube on the driver side. Pretty sure that creates some kind of vacuum leak.

I accidentally pulled up this other tube in removing it, pretty sure it was only held down by some kind of adhesive, nothing appears to have broken, just the adhesive had hardened and became brittle. Should I JB weld it back into place?

What kind of car is that? Doesn't look like a G37.

I'm in my friends WRX, it used to be mine before I got the G. He has multiple cars so he let me borrow it since he knows I can drive manual.

I'm working on a 2009 Infiniti G37x Sedan.

So, update

I fixed the vacuum leak, car drove fine for awhile. Eventually it started doing it again.

I've succeeded in turning it into an intermittent issue rather than a constant one.

Now what?
