Help Will a manual transmission fit on automatic motor?
Will a manual transmission fit on automatic motor?
I have a 08 g37s coupe 6 speed and my engine blew last week. I’m trying to figure out if I could throw an automatic motor in the car since they’re a lot more common than a manual motor. I’m planning on using my old manual transmission and I’m wondering if it will pair up correctly with the automatic motor. And does the year of the Motor matter if I want to put a 370z motor or a q50 motor in? Please let me know so I don’t spend money on a motor that won’t work with my car.

An engine originally with an automatic transmission with bolt up to your original manual transmission engine.
just have to remove the auto pilot bushing to install a manual one and that’s it. (All the other manual related parts also of course )
I installed an auto 2015 Q50 engine in my 2010 manual car.
