Bank 1 STFT problems

I'm having weird fuel trim problems with Bank1.

The car runs very rich at idle.

ECU is tuned and run fine previously, with only new mod added currently are headers. I did also install new upstream O2 sensors, but didn't have problems with the old (sold it with my old engine).

I checked for exhaust leaks at the mnaifold and test pipe>header flange, but all are good and sealed.

I do have a P2101 TB code. I spoke with EPS and they said from their experience, this is tune related as they rarely see their TB fail. This seem to make sense as its the passenger side and that's also wher emy bank 1 issue is.

Any diagnostic methods to chase down this issue? Maybe I can use my ECUtek app to check the O2 voltage to rule it out? Or mass air flow for each side?
