Hey guys I have a 2013 G37x Sedan and I’ve noticed the car has been running super rich recently (based on the incredibly strong smell of gas filling the cabin if I’m sitting still with the windows up) and I also have had a CEL recently turn on for P2096, Post Catalytic Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1. The only mods I have currently installed are Z1 HFCs and Ark GRiP catback. I think it is a bad O2 sensor, the first one on the passenger side, but I’m sure there’s other things it could be as well. If anyone might know what else could cause me to run so rich with this code please help

 

Based on smell? How about fuel trims?
Maybe cats are dead..
Tuned? If so, who is tuner?

 

When I say based on smell, the car literally just starts to smell like straight gasoline whenever I’m sitting still and especially on start up. Also I’m only averaging 17-18 MPG. The car is not tuned but all I have done to it is Z1 HFCs and the Ark catback and these parts have only been on for a few thousand miles
