Rattle/Screech sound at High RPM

Rattle/Screech sound at High RPM
I was wondering if some of you could provide some insight as to what this sound could be. If I go WOT, once the engine reaches 7000+ RPM, I hear this rattle/screech sound. I was able to record a video of it.
