Went to replace my wheel bearings today and all went well with the installation but now I have a CV axle clicking noise. The teeth on the axle look to be pretty worn down compared to the sharp teeth in the new bearing, so there is a little bit of play/wiggle room which is what I think is causing the noise. I'm assuming the last bearing was partially seized to the axle from a little bit of rust build up which is why I didn't hear the noise before. So I now need to get new rear axles too but can't figure out which ones will fit my car. I have a 2013 G37X coupe, so will any coupe axle fit or do I need to find a specific one since its the AWD model? I'm finding a lot for the sedan AWD but can't seem to find any specifically stating coupe AWD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Yes any coupe axle will fit, just make sure it is for a coupe and not a sedan.

 

Thank you for the info my dude!! You were indeed right. Since i have the AWD coupe I would need to get ones specifically for the AWD coupe for the front axles, but as far as the rear axles its the same as a RWD coupe. Thats how it was with the bearings as well, so I was assuming it was the same but just needed a second opinion before pulling the trigger.
