Clutch making whirring noise when pedal depressed?

Hey guys im hoping to get some advice on some noises i have been getting. car is a 2010 sedan 6mt with 117km on the odo. i got the car with an exedy clutch kit pn nsk 1024 fw installed 10k previous to me purchasing. after a couple weeks of owning it i got it home from a normal drive and when i pulled in the driveway i noticed a fairly loud whirring noise with the clutch pedal fully depressed. after i noticed i took it up the road to confirm the noise was still there and it was. i suspected a bad csc so i parked it and booked it in the next week for service. after sitting for a few days i went out to test it again and the noise was completely gone? i cancelled my service appointment at that point.

no more noise from it for a few weeks until i was on the way home a few days ago and on a long back road i was slowly downshifting through some gears and giving it a bit of the go fast pedal. when i was almost home i noticed the same "whirring" noise with the clutch pedal fully depressed. only lasted for 5-10 minutes and the noise was gone by the time i got home.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be or what would cause this? I get the impression that the clutch is not fully disengaging hence getting this light whirring noise but that is my best guess so far. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
