HELP! Rough engine performance - stock

Hello all,

The scenario is:
when the car is cold, the engine has a rough performance when accelerating.
Its a little bit of vibration, loud engine noise and roughness.
However after sometime of running (10mins+) it becomes the symptoms go away.
Im running on 182k KMS and this has been going on for about 25 to 30k KMS.
i change the engine oil with fully synthetic oil on time along with the filter.
Ive changed the engine bushings thinking they may have been worn out but the problems persist.
Has anyone had the same issue and got it fixed? Or have any idea what the problem may be?

Which engine mounts did you use? Poly or solid are always rougher, if they’re stock then that’s not the issue

Im not sure if the showroom service center ever cleaned them but i can say they have not been cleaned in the last 100k kms cause since i stopped servicing the car there.

I was reading up on the net and some sites said to get the fuel injectors cleaned and replace the engine temperature sensor?

I used the OEM mounts which is why i figured they were not the issue.
