Idle and low speed vibration

Hey guys,

did a comprehensive search, my issue dosent seem to be associated with anything else posted so far. Full details below. Also I wasnt sure if I should post here or in the suspension section.

2013 xS 7AT at 61k miles. Routine maintenance done, car essentially ran smoothly and no issues known.

I was traveling from TN to MD going a soild 80-85 down the highway. Unfortunately, I didnt see it until it was too late, but I essentially ran over some hard plastic dead center under my car.

This object smacked the oil pan hard enough to loosen it and cause a small leak. Had the Oil pan replaced and the car a good look over and the only other think noticed is one of the front sway bar links is loose/dislodged. Everything else appears good

Got the car back two days ago but I have Vibration that wasnt present before.

At idle, the vibration can be felt with your hand on the dash, when sitting in the car, and when taking off at low speed/take off. The vibration goes away once speeds reach 10-15 or higher

No idle issues noted, no codes are thrown, motor sounds perfect, and no issues changing gears.

Could the debris have knocked something else loose? Motor or tranny mount possibly? Also could have smacked something else down the line, drive train? Differential?

edit: no smack or thud when I drove the car hard, pulls nicely, and dont feel vibration on shift ****. Idle stays perfect.
did notice one detail, the shop used the cheap oil I had in the the car, incase the car sat for to long and needed oil before moving it, instead of the Mobil 1.

would the cheap oil cause the vibration?
though they need to be cleaned, I dont have the issues surrounding the MAF and throttle body that is common

should I have the shop look into it? Or take it to infinity dealer and pay for an inspection?

thanks in advance. Will try to post more updated.
