Brake light flash and VDC stays on

Hi, so I have a stock 2012 G37 Sedan with only 78k miles one, and it's been weird for the past couple of months. Every time I accelerate, the hand-brake light will flash then gone, and the VDC light will stay on until I turn off the car. I have checked the brake fluid, and the brake pads, and everything looks fine. So I used BlueDriver Scanner to scan the car while I'm driving it with the VDC light on, and boy there are a lot of codes!

12 Body Control Module Trouble Codes:

U1000-00: CAN communication circuit : No Sub Type Information - CAN communication circuit : No Sub Type Information

U0415-00: Invalid Data Received From Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module : No Sub Type Information - Invalid Data Received From Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module : No Sub Type Information

B2562-00: Low voltage : No Sub Type Information - Low voltage : No Sub Type Information

B2601-00: Shift position : No Sub Type Information - Shift position : No Sub Type Information

B2604-00: Park-neutral position (PNP)/clutch switch : No Sub Type Information - Park-neutral position (PNP)/clutch switch : No Sub Type Information

B260A-00: Ignition relay : No Sub Type Information - Ignition relay : No Sub Type Information

B260F-00: Engine state signal lost : No Sub Type Information - Engine state signal lost : No Sub Type Information

C1705-00: Flat tire front-right : No Sub Type Information - Flat tire front-right : No Sub Type Information

C1706-00: Flat tire rear-left : No Sub Type Information - Flat tire rear-left : No Sub Type Information

C1711-00: (No Data) Rear-left : No Sub Type Information - (No Data) Rear-left : No Sub Type Information

C1729-00: Vehicle speed signal error : No Sub Type Information - Vehicle speed signal error : No Sub Type Information

2 MULTI Audio Visual (MULTI AV) Trouble Codes:

U1300-01: AV communication circuit : General Electrical Failure - AV communication circuit : General Electrical Failure

U1256-02: Hands free connection error : General Signal Failure - Hands free connection error : General Signal Failure

2 Antilock Brake System Trouble Codes:

C1155: Brake fluid level low

C1109: Battery voltage abnormal

I just replace the rear diff bushing, so I'm not sure if that caused some of the errors. LOL damn, I guess it's time to say goodbye after almost 7 years.

There’s a lot of codes here, I bet a lot of them are stemming from the BCU. Did it rain recently? If so I’d check for moisture around the BCU, maybe inspect it to see if it’s damaged

BCU = body control unit? And yea, it's been raining like crazy here for the past couple of weeks in Atlanta. Tbh, I don't really worry about most of them except for the ABS ones. I guess during my installation of the rear diff, I didn't install the ABS cable correctly, so I will take everything apart again, and reinstall them again. I don't think that my ABS unit went bad since the mileage is kind of low, but it is still possible. I hope just the sensors went bad though.

How old is the battery? Have you had issues starting? When my battery was going out I was getting random lights and codes that made no sense when it was cold. Replaced the battery and they've all stayed away.

The battery is about 2 years old, and there was one time it ran out of juice when I left the car for 2 months, but I re-charged it, and it's been working well, but I will try the new one to see if the problems are solved or not. It's been raining and being cold for the past couple of weeks, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with these problems. I will try to reset the ECU and re-install the rear differential components carefully and hope it will get off of the ABS problems.

I'm having the exact same problem. About 7 days ago, went to start my car in the garage and it sputtered and threw all dash lights, flickering, 3x trying. The 4th time I gave it gas and it started. No problems until tonight when I left work within 2 minutes of driving, the E-brake light came on. A minute later it went away and my VDC and yellow skid light came on and stayed on. No response from pushing the VDC button. Got home, turned car off, started up and they were off and the button worked for the VDC.

I did see this post in here that might be worth a read for you. They're suggesting it's a brake issue. Not sure that explains my start-up sputtering.....New battery installed 3 months ago.

and here's another:

My brake fluid is exactly half between min/max so I guess I'll have my pads checked next oil change.

In my case, it definitely isn't the brake system issue. I have check many times all of my brake pads, rotors, and fluid, and everything is still in good condition. Also, the VDC light only appears when the car first starts in the morning, and once the car is warm-up, the VDC light doesn't come up easily unless I really go hard on the car. I'm thinking this has to do with the ABS sensors. The VDC light stays up doesn't affect my driving at all! The car still holds the ground and handles very well. I will wait until spring break to lift it up to double-check all the ABS sensors and see if this helps.

Most garages have plugin units that can trigger the abs systems
