2010 G37x rattling noise please help!

Please help me. The car drives great it’s just that i really dont want this to be a major error.
im not sure what the cause of the rattling is please help me

I got the same issue been meaning to replace my cats !

I took it to a mechanic and yes it turned out to be that the cats went bad and need to be replaced
