Need some help with drivetrain issues

Hey guys, I have a 2011 g37x and there are some issues with the car that I don't know if it's normal or not. When I shift from park to reverse, the car will jerk and there is a noticeable gear grinding sound and I'm pretty sure I pressed the brake to the floor. Also there is a very slight periodic noise that sounds like the belt is misaligned or the crankshaft is grinding with something. The rate of this noise will get faster as I accelerate to a higher speed and vice versa, which I imagine the broken part is spinning when the engine is running and it spins faster as the car speed up. The steering wheel also vibrates very slightly when cruising (not like bent brake rotor or wheels need balancing type of vibrate, but my hands will get numb after a while). The car has 125k kms and it just got serviced 1000kms ago. Anyone know what possibly could be the issue? Sorry for bad English.
