Video?

A search of this forum would lead you suspect your drive-shaft CV joints.

Theres a TSB going all the way back to the 1st gen g's for clicking drive shafts(which i understand applies to the G37 as well), the remedy is to remove the axle and regrease the outer face where it meets the knuckle with the appropriate (moly) grease. The whole process is just an unbolt and RR affair should only take 15-20 minutes once the car is jacked up cause there's no obstructions to the parts really

Your diff is designed to have a certain amount of backlash, meaning the ring gear and the pinion move without contacting each other, idk how to best describe jt. Are your diffs ok? Maybe get a video while driving?

It's call the axle click. Most G and Z will have this during the lifetime of the vehicle. I had it too and got it fixed.
