Tune up gone Wrong

Looking for help, I just changed the spark plugs on my car (went with some NGK’s instead of denso) I have after market I takes (Stiller Gen 3) removed them to get to the plugs. Thought everything went smooth but now my car won’t start. I read not to unclip a switch on the throttle body (which I did) is that it? Or could have I blown a fuse some where? Any ideas will help
thanks!

Check the battery. Did you disconnect it?

Undoing the connector to the throttle body would not cause this unless you didn't connect it back. Would check over all the connectors to the plugs.

do you mean engine won't crank or cranks but won't run? why would you suspect a blown fuse unless you know you arced something?
