5th and reverse gear

Hey guys this is my first post but I am a regular creeper here. Anyways like the title says, I am having problems with putting my trans into 5th without grinding and reverse without grinding and having to clutch multiple times. I read somewhere on here that our transmission is kinda weak. Thought Nissan/Infinit would have learned with the CD009 trans. Anyways, I bought the car with 71000 miles or so. At first it was just 5th grinding and I thought it was just me being a bozo. Then it happened a couple more times when I know I had the clutch all the way down. I then noticed it was getting progressively harder and harder to get into reverse. I pretty much have to push in the clutch multiple times before I can put it into reverse. I’m gonna get the CSC checked and all other things but I’m betting on its the syncros. So what are my options? Rebuild? Replace? Get dealership to own up to weak trans? Also if I do end up rebuilding should I just use upgraded internals so it doesn’t happen again? I am thinking about boosting eventually. Thanks again for replies. Also I searched all over this forum and haven’t found people really talk about the options you have but if you can show me a link I’ll take this one off. Sorry in advance if their is another post.
