Shifting problems

hey what’s going on team G37 so I’ve notice todaymy 2011g37xS won’t let me shift while on DS mode it’s shifts on its own or in Low rpm any ideas

What do you mean it wont let you switch gears? Could you elaborate? The system is designed to auto shift if its putting the motor in a situation where it could either kill it self or, stall...... Is this what you mean?

Like if you go to upshift to soon it will not let you, and also give you audio feedback.
I Assume if you do not shift in time before red line it will automatically shift for you as well though I have never experienced this.....

What does your display in gauge cluster show DS? or 1?

It won’t even pass 3kRpm it will shift on low rpm so is not like is getting abuse

Sounds like limp mode- if the engine wont rev past 3k RPM's...

Any CEL's?

If the engine wont go over 3k RPM's in any drive mode than there is something going on- not necessarily with the transmission.

If you have a decent code reader it wouldn't hurt to check and see if there are any pending codes.

Since you cannot adequately describe to us the symptoms, you should go straight to Nissan or Infiniti dealer and have them check for codes. If you're in North America, any autoparts store can read codes, and usually do it for free.
