I've read through other posts that this is the passenger side upstream.

Could I please get some clarification on this or could anyone even link me to the actual O2 sensor i need?

I need to smog my car!!

what year is your car? the connectors differ very very slightly on the different years, (I have brand new set of upstream O2 Sensors for the the wrong Model year sitting in my garage)

check rock auto.com for options specific to your car's years and its probably a good idea to cross check with another site...
