So I had to get my camshaft position sensor replaced and the mechanic charged me $1,600 i have been looking around did i get screwed over?

 

lmao holy****. u got raped pretty hard dude. they charged u more than a clutch replacement job. damn sorry but that shop mustve been a very happy shop. if ur bored call a few shops and ask them what they charge to change a camshaft sensor

 

I already knew to be honest he changed out rear brake pads too but even with that it would not be that much my dad knew this guy for a while and trusts him but i will never bring my car their again. Oh and when i told my dad he got mad at me HAHAHA

 

time to convince ur dad for u to try doing things urself. especially for simple stuff. u guys coulda saved a lot by now. jus dont fk up lol
