Transmission Noise when up shifting

Hey Guys, I just became part of the g family with my purchase of a 2010 Moonlight white G37s 6mt. Let me first say I love the car, but something has been bothering me. The car was owned by 1 owner for 7 years and he put 110000 miles on it but he was very specific about his cars. One thing that was done before the purchase was a new clutch. There is a noise that is made when shifting between 3500 and 4500 rpm that almost sounds like a grinding of some kind. I know that an aftermarket flywheel can make noise because its not a duel mass flywheel so im just wondering if i should be concerned about this noise or not?

I can't hear anything that sounds like grinding. I hear a loud click which I assume is the shifter.
