uh huh....Z1 headers, IM and the tune should top you out in the power department. Hope you upgraded sway bar, springs/coils, tires, rims along the way.

You can regain lost HP through the drivetrain by getting an upgraded flywheel and driveshaft.

An intake plenum spacer, bored throttle bodies, headers like RMB said, would all help you out on the dyno.

RMB is right though, make sure your car can handle the extra power with the right suspension set up.

No plenum for the VQ37VHR; not like the G35 had available. Throttle body port, Admin intakes, Z1 headers and ported upper intake manifold.

Z1 two piece rotors, wheels and driveshaft to shed weight.

No, get all your parts on and then get a tune. Otherwise you are just wasting money, dont want them guessing at things before the parts are on the car.

Try using the search button lots of great info, not trying to be rude but you’ll find plenty of build threads and Dyno sheets available to you.
