My engine is making a squeaking sound

i just started noticing a squeaking sound from the engine part of my car. When I accelerate, in gear, park, reverse, etc my engine makes a squeak. Sounds like something that isn't lubricated enough is rubbing back and forth. I thought it might be my belt. Any help?

Anything make it better/worse/faster/slower?

"squeak from the engine area" isn't much to go on.

i am going with belts as my first guess. but could be a number of different things like pully going bad, suspension bushings, lions, tigers, or bears even.

take a video and post it.

I took a video but can't post it. I think it's just my pulley, was just told the beating inside might be going out

The most likely reason you can't post it is because the video file is too large?

Post it on You Tube and provide a link. Not that that is going to provide very much info.
My advice, take it to a dealer. I'm sure they have seen it before.

Or just crank up the radio.
