GTM TT on G37x

I'd seen GTM G37 TT kits on G37x's. Do all kits fit the x's or only some kits? Do the 370z kits fit? What other FI options do I have, besides the Stillen supercharger kit, for my G37x? I was told I can't do the Fast Intentions kit but was wondering what options would work. Anyone know if Greddy will work? Any recommendations are helpful. Thanks.

So far only the GTM kit is the quick fit for the X. The issue is getting the clearance on the turbo manifolds and piping with our front drive shaft and transfer case components. The other kits will not bolt right on.

Hi Sam,

Thanks so much for posting. Do all the GTM kits work or only certain ones? Are there differences between 370z and g37 gtm kits? Thanks.

No problem, and this is Mike (not Sam). Only the GTM(Gamma) kit for the AWD (X models) bolts right on to the X without major modification. I am sure another competent shop could make something for the X but it would be an added expense. Not sure on the differences between the 370z and G37 kits.

I had all the same questions and those threads cover everything with a little further research. For example, GTM is frowned upon for past indiscretions, Stillen is basically a hit or miss (believe it's more of a tuning issue), AAM could be a possibility.

Anyway -

Best bet, get a custom kit from a reputable shop. I was quoted $7-8k for a single turbo install and tune for 450-500whp? Realistically, be ready to double that for a decent set-up with an AWD. Transmission needs some bolstering and differential will need a bump. Transmission cooler(upgrade?) and oil cooler. Be ready to invest if you're serious about going FI.
