2010 g37x VVEL p1093 help

Hi guys i got a 2010 g37x AWD and i got a code p1093 VVEL actuator motor, the car is currently in limp mode.

What im wondering has anyone ever replaced one of these? do you have any steps? can i get a used one because i looking in the manual and it says not to reuse these.

Is it as simple as taking it off and putting back on?

Would really appreciate any help

I just installed this new engine and stated it up and was like this.

does new mean, new to you from a junk yard somewhere or perhaps new out of the crate from the manufacturer/dealer?

junkyard motors usually sit outside exposed to the elements, rain, snow, sun, etc etc. its more than possible the actuator motor is frozen. try tapping on the motor housing with a small mallet and see if it unbinds. ck your electrical connection and make sure you are getting the correct voltage. if everything checks out you may need to buy the vvel motor.
