Assuming you're talking about the coupe. If you have the sedan they're all 328hp. Sedan is also down 1 ft/lb of torque with 269ft/lb vs 270ft/lb. Sedan is still negligibly quicker. Any G37 (including the IPL) will all be close enough that the only real difference is the driver.

Coupe: 330hp
Sedan: 328hp
IPL: 348hp
In case Teh Google is broken
High numbers for this class of car, but it's no lightweight.

I suspect
Coupe owners would, but unless you find one used, an aftermarket exhaust will still probably be better, although marginally so.
People do tune this car. All the time. Take any G37, open the exhaust and adjust the tune... you'd have similar numbers. It's not magic.

It also depends on what color car you have. Certain colors are just naturally faster.
Any aftermarket dual exhaust and a tune will get you to "IPL" levels. Honestly a tune will do far better than an IPL ECU and probably give you a nice midrange advantage over the factory IPL tune.

IPL exhaust is a true dual, but my tuner says it's still pretty restrictive. It just sounds alright too.
I have an IPL and have been in regular G37's before. Power pretty much feels the same.
