Clutch questions.

Awhile ago my clutch would slip on occasion and the rpms would shoot up so I babied for the time being which lasted about 2 months before it got really bad to the point where I can now drop the clutch and it won't stall just creep forward and I can hit the brake, come to a stop and it won't stall also the remote start that was on it when I bought it started the car in gear and drove into my brothers car causing over $3000 in damage to mine but question is is it really the clutch on a previous car when the clutch gave out it wouldn't shift into gear at all it basically did the exact opposite of what the g is doing its got just over 105k and I don't know much about it I got it in November last year big question is does this sound like the clutch

get the clutch done along with a new throw out bearing and pressure plate. get the flywheel resurfaced and stop parking your car while its in gear when you have remote start. i've seen porters at the dealer hit the remote start on a car causing it to drive into another customers car. both porters were reprimanded, one for parking the car in gear and the other one for being lazy and hitting the remote start to find the car.
