G37s radiator replacement

Well, I can't catch a break on this g37. Today my radiator started leaking. Doing a Google search yielded a result from carparts.com that has one for right at 285
Tyc replacement parts has one for a similar price.
My question is, has anyone used one of these to replace their radiator? Does any g37 style radiator fit, or must I find one for a manual transmission only? Not trying to cheap out, I just won't pay 600-800 for a radiator.
The car is a g37s with manual transmission. Hopefully (in the case of radiators) this won't matter and they will all fit.

Can someone at least tell me if an automatic car and manual car share the same radiator?
