Clutch Replacement

Question, I need to replace my clutch for my G37 sport. If I do so will that also correct my light grinding sound shifting into 4th gear? If not, how can I correct that? Haven't been able to get a clear answer.

No. I fixed my grind going into fifth gear by changing the trans fluid. If that doesn't fix it then you need to rebuild your syncro.
