g37x brain fart?

NEED HELP...
On my drive to work today I experienced the car choking as I would and accelerate to go faster once it go to like 60mph it would choke and I immediately let off the gas pedal, as if it didnt want to go past that, but if would just cruise and let it catch speed normally it wouldnt do it only when I push down some more on the gas and speed up by accelerating on the pedal.

So I just the car out for a quick errand....granted the car wasn't at full temp running but it wasn't completely cooled down since I just got to work and there was maybe about an hr of down time in between. The car didn't do it...which I'm okay with and maybe the car just had a brain fart???idk i guess I'll find out on the way home in my 1hr commute when the car is fully hot and running

I have an 09 g37x coupe 75kmiles with axle back and k&n SRI. Located in SoCAL

I haven't done the automatic transmission fluid exhange(which I heard to stay away since some owners have had issues with that service being done) .
I have all the updated ECU updates from the dealership.
I checked the filters to see if they were wet since there was some very light rain today, nothing.
I have never messed with the throttle body.
I haven't replaced spark plugs and the previous owner never did as well.
I hardly drive it in DS Mode.

I'm thinking of taking it to an Infiniti dealership just to see what they say.
I'm probably just going to disconnect the battery and hopefully resets the ECU.

What do you guys think?

check the brake switch.
The symptoms are similar to a faulty brake switch problem.
