- Stock G37s Sedan with IPL wheels
- VDC "disabled" by pushing the VDC button
- Stability control still kicks in and robs power
- Best solution I've found is to unplug the Yaw sensor just behind the gear shift so VDC is always disabled.

Make switch to the sensor instead of disconnecting it.. you might want it in the rain

 

So all of those other cars I've driven for hundreds of thousands of miles without this "feature" and never had a problem was some sort of miracle? Please.

ICYMI: That light also comes on because the G uses the same system to make your open diff simulate limited-slip behavior through your traction control system. It's not robbing you of power, it's applying the brake to the wheel that's slipping. Do as you wish, but I'd never ever disable the yaw control. It's saved my bacon more than once.
