Steamy/smoke after it rains

Has anyone else noticed a steamy like smoke coming from under the hood after driving in the rain?

That's common with all cars, I guess when the cold rain or whatever touches the underbody parts such as exhuast etc it creates steam/smoke. I see it all the time.

Its just steam coming off the radiator. The liquid in the engine is hotter the the ambient air...think of it like you going outside and seeing your breath in the cold
