I've searched believe me and all I can find is how to do it all on a g35 which I don't believe should be much different... only time shall tell I guess
I was trying to do some searching and all the while that is all I came up with also. Looks like if you're giving it the old college try, do a write up on it! Good luck man

Hopefully I'll be the 1st to do a DIY video on it, as long as I'm able to do it right lol
Thanks alot Sean! Always a good guy... I got the paddle shifter install down I belive but we switched the topic to how to replace my steering wheel for a new one that Ryne wrapped for me lol all the videos I've found were how to do it on a g35 which I'm assuming should be fairly similar.

Just an FYI I bought my paddles on eBay for $135 and the shroud for $65 from a vendor on here
That's crazy cheap man! Ima have to do some research and see if there's any more available. You wouldn't happen to have a link to where on ebay you got them would you?

Pull the steering wheel column trim off and see if you've got plugs, shouldn't take you long at all.
I've got my column all disassembled. I know what the plugs I'm looking for look like. My question is, should they (plugs) be just hanging? Or should they already be plugged into something? Also is "stone" the light grey interior? (Just got car a few weeks ago.)
Yes, stone is gray. As far as the plugs, they should be open/unused and taped up. If they are presented to in your car, they will be affixed with tape. You can remove this tape to plug and play your shifter kit. Be aware, SOME cars did not have this wiring at all. It depends what harnesses were on the production line that day.

Thanks. I thought it was the two wires already plugged in. And ordered the paddle kit. But now I am looking and I don't see the plugs I need. And mine is a freaking sport!!! Thanks for the quick reply. I'll be selling these soon I am sure..
Do a quick search on paddle shifters install. There are a few guys who have posted pictorial directions plus there are YouTube videos to give you a better idea of what you are looking at, good luck and hope you have them!
