Warranty engine questions

So after Infinity denied myself and then the dealership I got the car from as well, the dealer got in touch with the GM of the auction where they got it from and they have been doing business with for 12 years. He opened a separate case and escalated it to the VP since he moves a large amount of Nissan corp. vehicles. Infinity agreed to supply a long block and reinstate my warranty, but would not cover the labor. Since I bought the extended warranty, they got the aftermarket warranty company to cover the 3800 in labor.
