Cliclking noise when accelerating

Hi,

I wonder if anyone experienced this issue. I heard some clicking noise when I accelerate. It's kind of from below the armrest but might also be from the rear. I first thought it was from my cup rattling in the cupholder but it was not since I did not have my cup this 2 days but still hear the clicking. I think I heard it while driving on the highway as well but I am not 100% sure of that. It might be the road noise. Anyone have this issue?

I had the car diagnosed at Infiniti for 2weeks and they tell me it's normal for this car. They said they tested 2 other g37 and they have the same noise. Had any of you guys heard this noise? It's easiest to replicate when you put it in neutral then put it in park and accelerate. I don't even know if I should push this issue with them anymore.

Clicking noises are not normal lol, I had one that sounded similar to what you're describing and it ended up being my front driver sway bay link

May sound crazy but there is a TSB for this dealing with the radiator having some silicone in it. They flushed mine and all the clicking went away. Only happened while accelerating.

I know it's not normal, it feels annoying now that I know the noise is there and hear it all the time. Did the sound come from the center armrest area?

The TSB said that the noise come from the dash area but mine came from below the center arm rest. Did you hear yours from the arm rest area as well?

No it wasnt from the center of the car, make sure that tray inside the center console isn't what is jiggling causing that noise or something just moving around. If not I would investigate further by getting under the car if you have access and make sure all the mounts for your exhaust are solid, bring it to a shop if not? Lol I'm sure many places will check for free.

Are you guys familiar with the clicking noise mostly heard more in the front passenger side? clicking noise which appears When accelerating and deccelerating. Gas on "click", gas off "click". It seems like when the car is on gear. No clicking sound in neutral. Any advice please. it is not an ITB08-018 Clicking noise from rear axle. Thanks
