So finally got a good answer on this issue, called up my friend that works for Nissan and he told me laser iridium plugs use the same gap across pretty much every car. They double check the gap before installing it but they don't gap the plugs. So either one you buy will be fine.

Try opening the gap in an Iridium plug, you'll either break the electrode or dull the shape of it.
