G37x Engine removal

So, I have recently had some engine troubles. Cylinder 4 and 5 are both at 70 psi. I have read through the service manual and noticed that for the X I have to drop the engine from the bottom. Do you have to do it that way or can I pull it out through the front? Any help is greatly appreciated

The only good picture I can find is the one of a g37x sedan up on a lift. I can't tell if that is done just because it is the only way or the shop has to follow the guidelines made by the manufacturer. The shop that has my car right now gave me the step by step to do it that their system shows. It consists of lifting the vehicle. I have to do more digging. I dont want to spend 3k+ just for labor.

Responded to your PM. Pretty sure through the bottom is the only option due to clearance issues in the front. Not 100% sure though.

The Engine has to be dropped. No way around.

Hey Archie were you able to take the engine out from the top without taking out the transmission? I have to swap my engine out. Asking for reference
