Those with Okada plasma coils.. Photo attached.

So i got my new Okadas just yesterday and picked up a donor/poor coil to practice with .. Now have a look at the photo below, is this how it should look like when you pop off the coil ?! Also do u see that small white fuse ? that $hit jumped on ma face all of sudden when i popped off the coil, now is it normal or did i snap the hell out of it from the inner springs ? If thats normal, then should i put it back on the same direction as it was sitting in my oem coil ? Cuz i can't figure out how it was sitting in there before i pull it off.

If it is a fuse, fuses have no polarity. It doesn't matter which way it is installed. I have a little over a half century experience in electronics.

How do you like the way they perform? Are yours for a G35 or 350Z? I could;'t find a G37 or 370Z option on their website. $1600 is insanely expensive, but $500 isn't. Did you do a dyno
before and after by chance?

Still didn't install them lol..
I'll let you know once i do that.. but hey, unless you're FI'ed or highly NA built i don't think you'll see any benefit out of them.

Done! just installed them..

Not sure if butt feelin anything but engine seems to be smoother and less NVH, efficient combustion chamber maybe ?!! I don't know..

I think they would work even better with oem .043 spark plugs ( considering that i'm having stronger voltage now). plugs i'm running now are in .030 gap ( too narrow for stronger coils to have their chance to do their job more efficiently ).
