G37S 2008, 67,xxx Miles, Randomly dies and

So this has happened 3 times now. It randomly happens and I can't pin point what makes it happen or makes it work. Before I bring it to the shop, was wondering if anyone has ever ran into this.
My car is push to start and some times it completely dies. As in no electronics, no lights, no response. This happens suddenly, I got it working by bring the e brake up and down once. The other time, I popped my hood and took off the battery cover and inspected it. I get back in the car and it starts working. Only problem it resets everything in the car! It has to relearn my driving habits and the windows have to be reset again.

-No corrosion on the battery terminal connection, (Have that red liquid anti corrosion stuff on it)

Had my oil changed and they checked the battery and it passed, 12 volts and so forth.

Certainly sounds like a wiring/ground issue. I know you said you did...but quadruple check the battery connections(take them off/back on). Maybe even follow the wire(s) to where it's grounded on the...Frame? Block? Mouse chewed on your ground wire or something?

Hey, well, this might not be your problem but:

I have had this issue before, a long time ago about a year after I received the car (I bought mine in 2009, it's a 2008 G37S just like yours).

At first, it was perfectly fine, but just a very few months later, it did what you just described a couple of times. And just like you, I did not take it to the shop, until one day, it just didn't turn on anymore. I parked to go eat and when I got back it was totally dead. (By pure chance a friend was nearby and had a spare battery in his car).

I went to buy a battery the next day, and after talking for a while with the folks at AutoZone, decided to choose a higher CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) battery. I put a 800CCA battery on it, and it has been 4 years since then, and absolutely no issues.

The battery the dealership had put on it was 500CCA, which is the bare MINIMUM recommended for this car. It lasted this long simply because even though it was the minimum, the alternator kept recharging it, but eventually it wasn't able to keep up and the battery died.

According to the folks at Autozone, new, modern, cars like ours have a lot of electrical components (as in, everything is electrical except the engine) draw a lot of power and cannot be fitted with the kind of battery you would put on a Ford Focus or some other regular car. These cars need a lot of juice!

A battery with a weak cell will still show 12v on a meter

Pick up a battery hydrometer and test each cell
I'm sure you'll find at least one cell not accepting a full charge

If it is the original battery replace it with a 700-800 CCA battery
When I priced batteries for my previous 06 G35 the dealer was about $20 higher so I just had the dealer replace my battery.
Everything worked when they were done.
