Stillen SC upgrades recommendations?

are there recommended upgrades worth while to do with a stillen SC install?

I have the following parts ready to installso far... so curious if im missing something worth while?

-Frozenboost intercooler
-Injector Dynamics ID725
-DW300 Fuel pump
-Turbosmart Dual BOV

wondering if a Fuel return line kit is worthwhile? or are COG pulleys worth doing? Ive heard some recommend doing GTR plugs as well? would love some feed back and maybe some part numbers or links.

already have 34 row oil cooler in place, as well as the new CSF radiator (3 core)

Thanks for your help!

From: Framingham Ma,
Hey man yes ! I ran everything you listed EX the cogs, I would stay away from upping the boost at all the 8-9 PSI on the stock kit will net you 410's WHP more than enough. Trust me I chased 500 WHP and popped at 457WHP.

The only thing I see missing is a trans cooler, Buy you might have a manual and the fuel return kit is good idea but not need also.

Sounds like a fun project... I've read a lot of Forced Induction guys posts while contemplating the upgrade myself. There seems to be a TON of supporting mods that need to go with the SC or TT kits. I've read that a deeper oil pan for the engine is a must, not sure about the actual oil pump. Keep us posted!

Injectors, smaller pulley, Uprev MAFs, meth injection. Added a bunch of power for me. The stillen fuel pump is strong enough, you dont need another one. And I have only heard horror stories about BOV's on the Stillen SC kit. Look at BPV's instead.

+1 (Unless you're running speed density instead of MAF)

From: Framingham Ma,
It is but be careful, If your on the 9LB pulley you'll pop the motor, I wouldn't upgrade the SC on the Stillen kit.

Hey -

I had pretty much the same question as shawnberry, have a 2008 g37s 5AT with the stillen SC kit on it, Stillen Lightweight Crank Pulley & FI CBE, just had it dyno tuned and it hit 390WHP, 295TQ, what else can be done to get a bit more power "safely"?

I am running 8lbs of boost with the above #s, is 9 the max for stock internals?

Also, if its really not worth trying to upgrade the SC kit, what's the next step to further boost this motor, replace the short or long block?

From what ive learned it sounds like there are ways to improve the kit by getting the frozen boost intercooler and bigger injectors. I was told that the 9lb pulley is very risky... yet others say no problem. I really want to do the impeller, curious to see if anyone had some gains from it? Also what is a COG pulley? and I hear some upgrade the plastic pulley on the Stillen SC kit? any part numbers would be awesome. Been about 500 miles on this kit and its been nice, some rough cold start stuff tho! but I hear thats pretty norm.
