Hmmm that's is a strange one... was it Mexican Food you had for dinner? haha

Could've just been an electrical glitch. Report back if it happens again.

It may be dirty throttle bodies. Have they been cleaned in the past 2 years?

Could really be anything, including ghost semen in the fuel tank.

Need more specifics. Also, will probably need a recurrence.

Throttle bodies could be dirty. Probably one of the main things to check. How many miles do you currently have? Have you ever done the decarb?

This just happened to me 2 weeks ago with my 2011. I already had idle issues (only when in drive) and then one day my car did exactly what you described. It happened twice in a row after I had already driven the car 30 minutes beforehand. The next day it almost happened again but the car recovered and stayed on.
The dealership said the the idle issue was due to a bad ECU and the immediate stalling issue was a feedback problem with my key fob. They replaced both. Everything has been ok since then.

i guess by resetting the ECU will fix the problem? I think the key fob thing is full of it... dealer just trying give you an excuse...anyway.. glad your problem is gone
