P0106 back again!!!

I got P0106 Code on my G37x when it threw a check engine light. Replaced the MAP sensor and it went away for about a month 700 miles or so. Now it's back same code. Anybody have any suggestions?

Took it to the mechanic and he said he wasn't too sure besides it may be being a bad sensor we replaced it with. He cleaned my throttle bodies and cleared the code. if feels to be running OK now but idles at 500 maybe 550. Is that normal?! any input helps!
