Do you think all the g37 and g37s using the same engine from 2009 - 2012?

Same engine specs, perhaps. I don't see any significant changes.

 

I saw the original post before anyone replied and tried to think of something witty to say....and failed. Thank you Lije Baley I lol'd

 

Reason is my 2010 coupe was flooded, the dealership swapped the 2009 engine into my car and claimed they are all the same engine. Of course the 2009 has less mileage than my original one.
If the engine isn't the same then what are the differences?

 

they are all the same, even S vs. non S. although I think there are oil consumption issues with the 2008-early model 2010's.

 

Same engine really, just the "S" comes with pretty much a sports package with minor performance boosts such as the suspension, exhaust, spoiler and etc. Not too much of a difference really.
