RPM Drop when at a stop...

Basically what the title says. I really can't tell of any other issues. This can happen in any temperature or weather. My oil is always up to date...I have been using fuel injector cleaner...I'm not the most mechanic wise but wondering if anyone else has this issue or would know what it is and any possible way to fix?

Thank you!

Sounds like a vacuum leak of some kind.

I'll just be sitting there and all of a sudden I hear a deep rumble and I look and I can see my RPM's recovering from 400...Almost like a stall is going to happen.

How many miles? Have you ever cleaned your throttle bodies? Mine would drop rpm's sometimes for no apparent reason. Since I cleaned the throttle bodies it has stopped doing it and the idle is a lot smoother. Mine had 54,000 miles.

+1 This. I had the same issue and cleaned my throttle bodies and the problem went away. I'm not sure why the dirt has an impact because the throttle body butterflies being covered with some dirty shouldn't have an impact on idle speed but for some reason, it does.

I'm at 68k. I have not cleaned my throttle body but I wouldn't know how to either. Is there maybe a DIY post somewhere on here?

I did some browsing on google and I came across a Lexus forum having the same issues with their cars. One of them stated that the similar issue was related to the vehicle trying to keep it running on little power as possible or something like that...idk...but this only started happening since about 55k+.
