So yesterday after a few inches of snow, I backed my car out and threw the SNOW mode on. How annoying, my ABS, AWD, and TC slip lights all went off at the same time. They wouldn't go off, unless I turned the car off and back on. Fast forward to the next day. Before, the lights would go off after a restart. Now after the restart, after a few hundred feet, they came back on. After reading the FSM and realizing I coundn't properly disgnose the issue without Control-III, I took my car to the dealership. The diagnosis was a bad wheel sensor (which I'd assumed based upon the FSM). Luckily the warranty saved me $400 on the part, and who knows HOW much on labor!!
Hope this helps someone in the future!

It probably was low on brake fluid and the dealer wanted to make a quick buck (or 400 from Infinity) and said it was the wheel sensor. I had the same thing happen on mine, and it was indeed low on brake fluid, which, in my opinion, is a bad design. You add some brake fluid because the pads are less than 50%, then, when you put new brake pads in, you're going to have to take some brake fluid out...
