M370 and Uprev Tune question

I have never seen gains from the following. Headers and M370 Intake manifold. I have seen plenty of cars with either headers or the intake manifold and both made no power.
Cold air intakes pick up power, and with a tune you get a little more power. Tuning does alot more then just make you more power though, it pretty much optimizes what you have on the car at that time
