Transmission or Engine Issue

I just bought a used 2010 G37x with 50k miles I was driving aggressively in Sport mode after I shifted up into 4th gear its like the car lagged out on me and started slow sluggish acceleration I got scared and went back to regular Drive mode.(Anyone) ever heard or had this problem WHAT WAS THAT? Your replies are appreciated. THANKS

Does it happen every time? Did your revs shoot up when the car went sluggish?

There was a updated needed for the transmission. Go to your dealer to find out if it was done. It would be fixed free of charge if it has not been done.

Mine did this once in a while before I had the update done for the transmission. After the update it never happened again.
