Neo6 or twin turbo ?

I have a RB25 sitting in my garage and have still not been able to make up my mind to swap it in my G or find a ER34 chassis to swap it into and later turbo the G. I know Inline engines create more torque than V engines and Iron blocks are harder than aluminum but at the same time heavier. I was wondering if anyone can give me some more insight to help make this decision easier. Many Thanks

Close to maxed rb25

This is a twin turbo vq about the same whp for comparison

Notice the trq.. about 400 with 538whp.

Also note the PSI

PSI is above 20 on rb.. while its much lower on the vq.

There's a guy on this forum called G37Sam who's done an RB swap in a G37 and posted all about it. Take a look.

You've been posting about this for almost a year now man. Given your hesitation, I'm not sure you're going to do it haha

In all seriousness though, if you have an MT G and someone who knows his way around UpRev and our cars, a twin turbo kit is the easier way to go. An RB Swap is a full time job, it's been almost a year now and my car is still not where I want it to be.

Depends what you are going for man. If you want rediculous HP then go for the RB and open your wallet. If you want a very fast car with useable HP then stick with the VQ and still open your wallet but just not as far lol!
